- 0~6wks : active curl
- 7wks~ : strengthening exercise
* Surgery
- 0~6: NO excessive biceps curl
- 7~12wks: active curl (cup)
- 12wks~: Begin gentle resisted biceps / isotonic strengthening
Rehab Consideration_2. H-ABD & ER
* Conservative Tx
- avoid excessive : ABER posture & Exercise
* Surgery
- 0~4: NO ABER posture
- 5~6wks: 0~30도
- 7~12wks: increase ROM progressively
- 12wks: Full Rom
Rehab Considerations_3. Posterior Tightness
- Posterior Capsule Tightness- Elite Athlete
- SLAP lesion & Glenohumeral Internal Rotation Deficit
* Conservation Tx: Sleeper stretch
* Surgery
- IR : humerus head ant
- excessive IR makes pain
- non athlete: 3 months~
- athlete: 6wks~
